Welcome to the Borough of Jersey Shore

Jersey Shore is located along the West Branch of the Susquehanna River in southern Lycoming County, and provides easy access to recreation opportunities along the River, Pine and Larrys Creeks, downhill and cross country skiing, trout fishing, hiking, mountain biking, camping, snowmobiling, hunting, outlet shopping at Woolrich and much more.

Jersey Shore is also close to nearby higher education and employment centers in Lock Haven and Williamsport.

Our picturesque river location, historic homes and small-town atmosphere all make Jersey Shore a unique, pleasant place to both call home or to visit.

Spring Cleanup Cancelled for 2013

The Borough of Jersey Shore unfortunately announces that Spring Cleanup will no longer be offered until further notice.  In years past, the Borough of Jersey Shore received funding through the "Great PA Cleanup" grant program to assist in the cost of Spring Cleanup for the community.  The grant program is no longer being offered to communities.  As we are seeing throughout the Federal and State governments, grant funding is becoming a scarce commodity.  The Borough of Jersey Shore apologizes for any inconvenience this may have on our community.
